Our strawberries are beginning to turn red so those will be coming off next week for sure!
Yum!!
Looking through the potatoes briefly, Marianne found a pest we had yet to encounter in this crop, a Colorado Potato Beetle. Three adults in total were found in the crop.....After taking a photo Marianne walked away wondering if it was a good idea to just leave them in the crop.....?....We shall see.

With flowers in bloom all over the yard, different species of butterflies are also frequenting our yard. One species in particular is the dainty Common Ringlet.

We also have dragonflies, damselflies, and frogs frequenting our pond. We also still have our fish in the pond that attracts Great Egrets and Belted Kingfishers as well.
