We roasted some for over 2 hours in the oven, and although they finally were dry enough to eat, they did not taste that great. We pulled the rest and left them in the greenhouse in hopes that they dry.

Week #43: Peanuts
When we arrived home from the cottage we saw that we had a hard frost that included our peanuts. We have also had a really wet fall so far so when we pulled them out of the ground and opened the shell they were incredibly soft as well.
We roasted some for over 2 hours in the oven, and although they finally were dry enough to eat, they did not taste that great. We pulled the rest and left them in the greenhouse in hopes that they dry.
